Parent questions

Answers before the first click

Is DragonReaders educational or just a game?

DragonReaders is built around a reading comprehension check: each chapter ends with a short lore quiz, and your child needs to answer correctly to summon a dragon. That keeps the reward tied to reading, not just play.

How much time does a session take?

A reading session is short and bounded. Kids read a chapter, answer a few lore questions, and earn a dragon reward without needing a long screen time commitment.

Is my child's data safe?

DragonReaders is COPPA-compliant and designed to minimize kid data collection. To collect dragons, your child only needs a username and password, and email is optional. Read our privacy policy.

How much do physical cards cost?

The digital experience is free to start. Physical cards are sold separately. See the pricing section for current options.

What books are available?

Quizzes are automatically generated from any book as long as you know the title and author, so the options are practically endless.
